The bauble designs are all hand-drawn (by me, of course!) so have a hand-crafted look for a home-spun Christmas style.

Crafting with the Christmas Ornament SVG Files

There's lots of ways that you could use the Christmas ornament designs - I've cut them out of cardstock and they make cute decorations like this, or you can use them for any Christmas crafting...

Cut them from vinyl to add Christmas ornaments to signs, boards, homewares etc - or use HTV to decorate sweatshirts, T-shirts, cushions, etc.

If your cutting machine works with light woods, you could even cut the Christmas ornament SVG designs with wood to make unique hand-crafted ornaments.

The Christmas ornament cut files are a double-layer SVG design which allows a 2-colour (multi-colour) look for your ornaments...

The Christmas ornament designs use two layers - the detailed cut layer and a simple base layer to give the two-colour effect

You can also choose to use either of the layers separately!

Using the single top layer can be very effective

I cut the baubles in pale silver glitter card (by Crafters Companion) - with the green and red glitter card by Sizzix 'Surfacez' (from the Opulent Festive cardstock pack) - and the pale yellow is Sizzix 'Surfacez' textured cardstock.

• I used the 'glitter cardstock' setting on Cricut to cut the glitter card
• I used the 'medium cardstock' setting on Cricut to cut the yellow card
• Cut with my Cricut Maker

I also tried out an alternate colour choice (see below)...

For the Christmas ornaments in the photo above, I used Clairefontaine black cardstock (160 gsm) for the outline layers - and pink and green Sizzix 'Surfacez' textured cardstock for the pink and green layers - and white glitter cardstock (Sizzix 'Surfacez' - Opulent Festive pack) for the white bauble.

• I used the 'lightweight cardstock' setting on Cricut to cut the black card
• I used the 'medium cardstock' setting on Cricut to cut the pink and green cardstock
• I used the 'glitter cardstock' setting on Cricut to cut the glitter cardstock
• Cut with my Cricut Maker
