My business hours are 8.30 - 4.30 Monday to Friday - UK time (and excluding UK Bank Holidays) - so if you message outside of those hours it may take a little longer to get back to you.

If you're contacting me about an Etsy purchase, please send your message via the Etsy messaging system (go to 'Your Account' - 'Purchases & Reviews' to find the purchase and then click on 'Help with Order') or find it through my Etsy store (you can see the contact button on the top right of my Etsy store, just below my picture).
